The Yaxin-1241 Leaf Area Meter uses advanced CCD technology to allow researchers a precise and convenient way to measure leaf area (or the areas of leaf-like objects). One high-quality CCD scanner, data logger, and display are all enclosed in a single, hand-held palette unit weighing approximately 1Kg. Researchers can perform non-destructive measurements on leaves of living plants by simply sliding the scanner over the leaf. ![Leaf Meter](https://img46.chem17.com/gxhpic_ce208aedcd/0a315bd432c3de7521bebeb2a1d07fe490bdc5ec4d124188e588b17b89f33ddf.jpg)
